I am in a lot of pain, swelling, and bad smell/ taste comng from my mouth. Alot of my teeth have black spots on them. I am a mother of six and wife of truck driver. Kids have insurance but we do not. I have been swishing salt water in morning and swishing whiskey in afternoon. Plus take 600 mg of ibuprofen four times day. My right side of my face is so swollen now and mouth hurts so much.
What should I do now?

Go to the ER, they will take you without insurance, better to get this looked at as not doing so could wind up in more serious problems.

It won't help until you see a dentist to have the rotting teeth dealt with. Antibiotics at this stage are unlikely to work. You also don't want the decay rotting your jawbones or worse.
