I accidentally picked up the wrong bottle on my bedside table and put two drops in my eyes instead of using Opticon eye drops.
Oxymetazoline - Will it hurt my eyes. I accidentally used it instead of eye drops?

No. Oxymetazoline is a decongestant eye drop (used to whiten, soothe and moisturise eyes) It is quite safe to have used accidentally.
If you used the oxymetazoline nose drops in your eyes you will be ok but be more careful next time, They are intended for the nose not eyes.
