I was prescribed Tobradex for post cataract surgery 4 times daily, but when I wake up in the morning my eyes are very dry. Can I use regular eye drops before using the Tobradex drops, or wait till after, and how long after?
How long after using Tobradex drops should I wait before using any other lubricating eye drops?

Do not use other eye drops or medications during treatment with Tobradex unless otherwise directed by your doctor.

Thanks Masso. My doctor told me to use plenty of eye drops, but he neglected to mention whether before or after and how long a wait time before or after. They are only lubricating eye drops like Refresh or Systane.
