How long does Lortab stay in your system?

yes it stays in your system about 72 hours depending on your weight . and how much water you drink . you can get it out of your system a little quicker by drinking a ton of water or it may take up to 5 days depending on how much you have been taking every day for example if you take 10 pills of the 10/500 a day it will take longer to get out of your system than if you take 5 pills of the 5/500 mg pills . but 5 days maximum . 3 days minimum . hope this helps ya .

i know one time about 3 years ago i would take a lortab about 3 or 4 hours before my appt. an the doctor did a urine test an it came back negative.So he started taking blood test an it would come back negative.Then i started making sure i took some the day before i went an the day i went an it came back positive
