Residual sedation, drowsiness, lethargy, vertigo, nausea, vomiting, headache.

Nervous system

• Common (1% to 10%): Somnolence
• Uncommon (0.1% to 1%): Ataxia, central nervous system (CNS) depression, dizziness, hyperkinesia, syncope
