Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur while taking benzocaine / chloroxylenol / hydrocortisone otic:Dryness; itching.
Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); burning, cracking, irritation, or peeling not present before you began using this medicine.

Applies to benzocaine / chloroxylenol / hydrocortisone otic: otic suspension
Hypersensitivity
Hypersensitivity side effects have included sensitization.
Dermatologic
Dermatologic side effects have included itching, burning, irritation, dryness, folliculitis, hypertrichosis, acneform eruptions, hypopigmentations, perioral dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis, maceration of the skin, secondary infection, skin atrophy, striae and miliaria.
Endocrine
Endocrine side effects have rarely included systemic effects of corticosteroids.
