Rare

  • fainting
  • lightheadedness (sudden and severe)
  • shortness of breath or trouble breathing (severe)
  • swelling around face
  • blurred vision or other change in vision
  • delayed healing of eye infection

Check with your doctor immediately if any of the following side effects occur while taking hydrocortisone / neomycin / polymyxin b ophthalmic:

More common

  • itching, rash, redness, swelling, or other sign of irritation not present before use of this medicine

Other side effects

Some side effects of hydrocortisone / neomycin / polymyxin b ophthalmic may occur that usually do not need medical attention. These side effects may go away during treatment as your body adjusts to the medicine.
