Patient Assistance Programs for Suboxone

Patient assistance programs (PAPs) are usually sponsored by pharmaceutical companies and provide free or discounted medicines to low income or uninsured and under-insured people who meet specific guidelines. Eligibility requirements vary for each program.

Provider: Suboxone Patient Assistance Program

Elligibility requirements:

  1. The patient must have no prescription coverage for any medications.
  2. The patient must have an income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level.
  3. The patient must have medical diagnosis of opioid dependence
  4. The patient must also be a US resident.
  5. The patient must be 16 years or older. A doctor can only have three patients on the program at a time.
