Meridia (sibutramine) for Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I LOVE THIS MEDICATION! I first started out on 10 mg and felt as if nothing was happening. I talked to my doctor and explained to her the situation and then she prescribed 15 mg for me. 12 pounds in a week! I am feeling more motivated then ever to lose weight. Some side effects I have had are hunger, headaches, nausea, and some constipation."

Meridia (sibutramine) for Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Love this medicine. I had great success of weight loss with this medicine. I seem to be of the minority who has an insurance that covers most of the cost, approximately $35 for one month. Side effects: insomnia and severe dry mouth, I made sure to carry gum. I have been on the medicines twice one year apart, lost 22 lbs the last round and it was such a great feeling. It ended all cravings, even for chocolate! Unfortunately as soon as I stopped the medicines after 6 months, I gained it all back. I ended up with heart problems, not sure if the Meridia was to blame, (I have a history of cardiac issues). I am to blame, I stopped exercising and all my cravings came back. I loved the results so much, I want another shot despite side effects."

Meridia (sibutramine) for Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I have been taking 10mg since Nov.5 2009. I have gone from 203 - 177. I went off for two weeks this past month and I have not gained but have stayed the same. During my time off however I had times of high anxiety and irritability, especially, when starting the medication again. My blood pressure and pulse rate have been fine. I have had some constipation problems.I think my Dr. will raise my dose to 15mg at my next appointment. My goal weight is 150. I feel so much better. It has helped with mild depression as well. Good Luck."

Meridia (sibutramine) for Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I was on this 8 years ago and lost 30 pounds in 6 months - loved it! Didn't crave anything, never over ate - would eat half my food and feel good about not cleaning my plate. My mood was great too! Then it stopped working. I've tried to go back on it a couple of times and never felt like the first time. I've gain the weight back and more and thinking about trying it again. Just checking this site cause I never hear anything about it anymore. I know it's pricey but I figure if it works think how much I'm saving on over eating!"

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Hello, I have just received my slimex tablets from Canadian pharmacy and have taken 2 today, however I'm not feeling any different. I am not hugely over weight but did take reductil back in 2010 which worked straight away. I just wanted to know if anyone could tell me what they experienced in the first few days of taking the pill, and did I go to the right place to source these pills."

Meridia (sibutramine) for Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I first used meridia in 1999, a year and a half after the birth of my twin daughters, to help lose my stubborn pregnancy weight. It was amazing, I lost 60 pounds in 6 months! I had l no side effects except for a slightly dry mouth and a little bit of "extra" energy. Being a new mom of twin babies I utilized that extra energy! It worked very well and I went off of it for 5 years. I had an increase in weight gain because of a lifestyle change. I was going back to college so spent a lot of time reading /studying /sitting in class lectures, and I started gaining weight. I asked my doctor about using meridia again. I was so glad! I was able to lose the 20 pounds I had gained back, plus I noticed a unique "side effect" this time. Meridia definitely increased my ability to focus and retain information in the classes I was taking ...my memory was sharper and I was getting straight A's in subjects like algebra, chemistry, anatomy and physiology. No "brain fog" - It was amazing!"

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Helped with depression in very mild way & greatly reduced my appetite. I did not want to eat so much & did not miss food. It was not like otc diet pills which make you feel miserable & jittery. Made me feel normal. 5 mg was all I needed. I lost 65 lbs. I was on for about two years. Then it became illegal in the USA. I kept the weight off for a few years (but the low grade depression came back)& when hit with severe emotional difficulties the appetite roared back. For years I battled the weight with no medication & even mangaged to lose 25 lbs. by sheer white knuckle will power. I broke down & gained it back. Tried every diet imaginable. Low to zero carb was extremely helpful & helped my weight stabilize (but at at 65 lbs. overweight). After being away from subutrimine for over 10 years, ordered from overseas. At my age, carrying around this amount of weight far outweighs any risks this drug might have. The only side effects I had were occasionally a bit of light headededness"

Meridia (sibutramine) for Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Unfortunately I took Meridia for 6 months and only lost 15 lbs. Went off of it for a while and gained 20lbs. Tried it again but only lost 11 lbs in 3 months. I eat good and exercise and chase after 3 kids. It's great for all of you who have lost weight however. This medicine is expensive. "

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I was recommended to use this medication after a long hard time in losing weight, almost a year, I lose weight very hardly and gain it back, although I am following a diet. After 5 weeks of using the medication, I started experiencing change of taste, severely, but the only thing that was not changed is water (most of the time) and lettuce But this happened after a period of almost a week or slight more of drinking very little water during the day"

Meridia (sibutramine) for Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Meridia was awesome for appetite control. It virtually took away my hunger. I could even walk by See's Candies with not even the slightest bit of interest! But, after 3-4 weeks, Meridia caused me to have severe migraines. I had to stop taking it. I'm sad. It's the only thing that has helped me eat less."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I started at 235lbs and currentl weigh 180. I have lost 55lbs! I love the medication. It doesn't make me nervous and I only started exercising a month ago! I am still going and do not see it ending! Only problem is it is expensive for me because I have no prescription coverage and wish the price would come down!"

Meridia (sibutramine) "I've lost 30 pounds in 35 days. I only experience a bit of trouble sleeping, but what I love about this medicine is the absolute aversion it inspires to anything with fat or sugar in it. Love this medication. It's changed my life."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I just started taking Meridia three days ago. Weight: 206. The first day I had dry mouth, and since then I havent experienced any side effects. I feel like I can control my cravings and urges to eat better now. Though, it could also be the money I've invested in the drug, and now I am determined not to fail. Will keep updating."
