"Paroxetine (Paxil) 10mg daily (2 weeks on) Absolutely fantastic. Results were unbelievable; went from a few seconds to as long as I want, quite literally no time limit - had full control. So far, after 2 weeks, there have been no side effects at all. Note: also tried the below with poor results; Dapoxetine (Priligy) on demand - works but turns soft after a few minutes. Sertraline (50mg) daily - works but horrendous side effects."

"I was taking a lot of medications for PE (mainly off-label, cause dapoxetine was too expensive) - none of them was enough. So I have tried paroxetine, cause I read a lot of studies about this being used in PE. I'm satisfied with the effect - I don't have erectile dysfunction and my premature ejaculation has turned into surprisingly long and controllable climax (even during casual, solo masturbation)."
