"Day 4 of 5 for a urinary tract infection. I had pretty bad diarrhea with mild nausea on day 3. Painful and smelly urine stopped on day 3. No diarrhea or nausea on day 4. Pretty good medicine."

"After 4 failed antibiotic regimens (and 6 doctors) finally discovered mycoplasma hominis infection, which had now been in kidneys for 8 weeks. I am a 55 year old male and have high energy, but the extreme lethargy and fatigue kept me in bed a crazy amount of time - could do almost nothing! It was helpful reading other reviews here as I have never been so tired in my life! But the drug worked (it is one of the very few that are successful on this germ) - I took probiotics and was fortunate not to have diarrhea. Just remind yourself the drug is doing its job and try to suffer through the side effects!"
