Having struggled with depression all my life, I have taken Lexapro & Adderall for 2 years. Was curious if Deplin would do for me what Adderall does: increase drive, initiative, alertness, concentration, mood & sociability. IT DOES! I feel happy, hopeful & alert w/out feeling “sped up” or high! Dr said Adder. depletes folate in brain, so Deplin is important. AMAZING how much better I feel after only 7 days on it (w/ Adder. & Lex.). Have my life-long struggles with depression & ADHD only been fofolate deficiency? Love that Deplin is medical food, not another amphetamine!
