I just finished my first 7-day cycle of Sarafem for PMS (PMDD). During that week, I was a little uncomfortable with the way I was feeling - sweating at night, some sleeplessness, a little jittery.
However, once I got my period and realized the amazing contrast in this month compared to all the other prior torturous months, those side effects were totally worth it. I have never had a PMS-symptom-free month like this one. It was miraculous!
