For Melasma "My dermatologist recommended Tri-Luma to me when I came in with melasma on my upper lip brought on by sunlight combined with the birth control I was taking. I was put off by the price but the other options to treat melasma were even more expensive so I ended up paying $100 out of pocket. The first time I used Tri-Luma it left my skin red, irritated, and peeling like crazy and I stopped use immediately. Once my skin healed about a week later I tried again and put barely any product at all on my lip. It was still red and irritated but less so. I applied very little of the product every other night for 2 weeks combined with a lot of moisturizer in the mornings until my skin adapted and I was no longer having any side effects. Then I began using the product every night and saw amazing results after 4 weeks of consistent nightly use. Now the dark skin is totally gone (even though I probably only used 1/5 of the product). Less is more with this product!"

For Melasma "I started to use this cream in November 2017. Within 2 weeks there was a noticeable difference. By 4 it had all gone. It was on the tip of my nose so very noticeable. I stopped using after 6 weeks as directed and noticed it coming back by a week later. I’ve started using again and disappeared within a few days. VERY happy!"

For Melasma "Just a few days and I see the improvements. I too have been wearing heavy makeup and can't wait to stop. You can get the prescription filled at Costco just over $100 with membership. I initially went in to the dermatologist thinking I would end up paying for expensive laser treatment and was relieved to only have to spend $100. This prescription works a whole lot better than hydroquinone on its own."

For Melasma "I'm male and read that Melasma only affects about 10% of the male population. I have olive complexion and have sensitive skin; so I figured the dark spots on my cheeks were from shaving. I finally decided to go to a dermatologist and he diagnosed and prescribed Tri-Luma. It has worked! after 5 weeks co-workers have noticed. It's great seeing clear, even toned skin again!"

For Melasma "What a nightmare. I got melasma with my 3rd pregnancy and tried everything home remedy with no results. I go see a Dr and he recommends TriLuma at $140 a small tube I thought this better work. Within a week I was seen results I was so excited. Continued use for a month and about 80% was gone I was happy. Once I felt it was all gone I stopped using it. Within 2 weeks it came back and with a vengeance! Now I have it in spots I didn't have before and darker. So of course I started back up using it and again it worked. Got off and again it came back. I use a sunscreen that is 80SPF and never do outdoor activities so I know its not me. My Dr told me this cannot be used longterm cause it thins out the skin. Soooo not only a waste of money. I ended up worse save ur money"

For Melasma "Had dark lines in my forehead from the clippers burning my skin. On my 8th day and the cuts have vanished about 70%. I used all types of creams and nothing worked. Triluma is the best. I would recommend this to anyone with dark spots. "

For Melasma "It's hard to believe that there is a product out there that actually works but this is it. After struggling with melasma under my eyes from birth control and sun exposure I tried many different products and none even seemed to make any difference. Within a week and a half of use Triluma has reduced the darkness by probably 75%. Use sparingly and follow instructions, more isn't better with this product. A small amount does the trick."

For Melasma "I woke up one morning with dark spots all over my face. My nose and forehead was completely covered. I tried everything! When I say everything, I really mean everything. Even 2 chemical peels at the plastic surgeons office. I have been dealing with this for about 3 years now. Finally, after 3 plastic surgeons and their skin expert in the office, I went to the dermatologist. She prescribed Tri-Luma. Very Expensive! $220 and not covered by insurance. It worked! The dark areas were going away. I ran out and the dark spots came back. GREAT STUFF! I worry about how long to use it."

For Melasma "I'm brown skin and tri luma didn't work for me. As soon as I started to use tri luma I notice my dark spots was beginning to become darker, I was very upset with the result of my dark marks becoming darker after a week I discontinue to use. I think that this product is only for light skin people."

For Melasma "This product is amazing! So happy to see it available again. Negative reviews seem to be people that weren't given proper instructions (or ignored the instruction given) to say out of the sun or use strong protection when using. Tri Luma is the only product out there that worked/works for me and that has made a huge difference in my life. I have seem amazing results in just a week when I first started using it. I am happy that its available again. Thank you for finally bringing it back. LOVE!"

For Melasma "The cream really works wonder on my face and melasma patches, users are advised to use moisturizer as the skin gets really dry while using this cream. Otherwise you are good to go ahead with makeup during the day time along with Sunscreen 50"

For Melasma "I used Triluma for 6 weeks, it cleared my dark spot on my cheeks and upper lip. Once I stoped using it my melasma came back right away and darker. This is a medication that only works while you are using it and unfortunately you can not use it for a prolonged period of time . It’s not worth it ."

For Melasma "Within 3 weeks the darkness was approximately %75 lighter. I have tried a combination of Retin A and hydrocortisone, spa laser, microdermabrasion and more to no avail... the price ($125.00) is worth it!"

For Melasma "I was prescribed this by my dermatologist because I was developing brownish skin on my upper lip during the summer when I have more sun exposure. I have been on the same birth control for 12 years and never had an issue until now. I tried a bleaching cream from Amazon that didn't do much. My insurance (Anthem Blue Cross) is known to be pretty good, but because this is a cosmetic issue it is not covered. I spent about $150 on this tube of TriLuma cream. The cost is horrendous, but I only need a dab at night and after a week of use my issue has been cleared! I use SPF 100 sunscreen on my upper lip and a dot of this cream at night and I am all set. It is worth it for me."

For Melasma "I've been dealing with acne for over a year now which has resulted in unsightly dark spots around the sides of my face and forehead. I've used numerous chemical peels and microdermabrasion's which did not help. Finally I seen a dermatologist who prescribed Tri-Luma, and I can honestly say that it has only been a week and my dark spots are almost unnoticeable! This is TRULY a miracle in a tube! This cream is not covered with Aetna insurance, they consider this for cosmetic purposes. Retail price is about $160, but I found a coupon online which dropped the price to $110. I would definitely recommend this to ANYONE who has dark spots from acne scars!"

For Melasma "I have been suffering from Melasma for the last 7 years. I have undergone various treatments earlier which includes peel, Laser, Micro Needling and et all. Triluma (Triple - Combination Cream) like Lord Shiva's Trishul has made wonders. My melasma is hardly seen. I have been using this since 45 days. This info is purely given on my observation and the result I got and not for any recommendation. Please consult your Doctor who is your best advisor as every individual is different and products may work differently on individuals. Thank you for reading!"

For Melasma "So my story is a little different I went to the dermatologist to have a tiny mole cut off my eyebrow which was not even noticeable the girls working there were running a special on a lunch time chemical face peel so I nicely bought one package that came with 3 peels. The first one was 40 percent which I did and it was fine. The second one 60 percent burned a little nothing bad 2 weeks later my face was getting worse like severe burns I'm already medium dark skin. Well it wouldn't heal so I go back very upset nothing wrong with face before these peels I'm 35 never really had face issues et so the dermatologist says it caused my pigmentation to reverse causing the dark spots and prescribed me tri luma it was 280$ plus I will have to use special sunblock the rest of my life .Keep in mind I paid them to do this to my face basically. The cream bleaches your skin in spots on the surface so it takes more makeup to cover and even out .After 6 weeks my tri luma cream smells like it has gone off"

For Melasma "I absolutely LOVE this product!!!! For several years I have been battling my dark spots on my upper lip and cheeks. I just couldn't go anywhere without packing on a heavy coat of makeup. Thanks to my wonderful dermatologist that recommended "Tri-Luma". I'm happy to say I don't need the heavy cover-up makeup or any makeup at all. I notice the results within a week. It is a bit pricey, however i was able to find several coupons on the web. The total price was only $100, and sooooooo worth it!!!"

For Melasma "I am tan skinned . The cream did lighten the spots , I think . My skin became dark around the spots , so maybe it is why the spots look lighter Now, I have to cover the early dark skin with more makeup . There is a clearest line on my face where the skin colors My friend thought it was dark makeup and tried to clean it off my face . Also the spot on my nose went away , but came back once it stopped using it."

For Melasma "I'm very disappointed, my dermatologist prescribed Triluma. After the first tube which was I got from the dermatologist, the brown spot became darker. I went back to the dermatologist and he said that I should continue using the product. I bought the second tube and the spots fade away very slightly, but as soon as I stop using it the spot just reappear. I pay 150 dollar for each bottle."

For Melasma "This cream is not covered by my insurance. Walgreens charge $265.00 a tube, I got it for $185.00 with a coupon from the company. I've used it for 3 months and can not see a difference and the Dr. told me it would take about 8 weeks to clear up the Melasma. I am very dissapointed in the Tri Luma Cream."
