"Tri-Luma is miracle in a tube I've been struggling with dark spots for about 4 years and scars from severe acne tried every skin lighting cream you can think of and nothing works went to a dermatologist and he prescribed tri-Luma an I saw results in less than a week. Being using it now for about weeks an my spots completely gone. Great product I would recommend it to everyone who struggling with dark spots. insurance doesn't cover it but can get it at Walmart for $118.00 with the result it worth every penny."

"As others have noted, I too have tried many different products and procedures to reduce or eliminate my melasma. It was deep in nature and over my forehead, cheeks and upper lip. Makeup barely helped to mask the melasma. I ordered Triluma online through a pharmacy in Mexico (I've done this previously with other prescription medications) and have been using it morning and night for the past month. All I can say is hallelujah!! Although the melasma isn't completely gone is it a good 80% lightened on my cheeks & upper lip. My forehead has lightened, but not quite as much. Maybe 60 to 70% lighter. I wear a non-chemical sunscreen (zinc oxide type), and generally wear a hat when out in the sun."

"A complete rip off. The price of this medication was a huge concern to begin with. My dermatologist was not even enthusiastic when I asked about Tri luma. I should have taken note of this. this medication is almost $200 only faded my melasma on 3 separate parts of my face. I will not ever use this medication again or waste any money on it."

"I went to a dermatologist to start back on laser treatment for my dark patches and she recommended I try this first before spending the money. I’ve had so many people mention how great my skin looks. My skin was getting really bad after a summer of being outdoors. I’m approaching 50 and I don’t think my skins has looked this good since my 30s after spending thousands of dollars worth laser treatment for the same thing."

"I have had melasma for the past year and tried Clear and Brilliant first but that turned the brown spots into dark grey almost black color, I was desperate for anything else to improve the appearance. My dermatologist prescribed Triluma and in 4 weeks, it worked like magic! I couldn't believe how it completely cleared up my skin. However after I stopped using it, the spots returned quickly. Back to square one since triluma isn't a long term maintenance solution."

"First let me say I have struggled with melasma for the better part of 20 years & have tried everything I could find. OTC, homeopathic & a few RX. I recently seen Tri Luma while again I was searching for a cure. My dr phoned in the RX & I have been using for just over a month now. It is quite expensive but compared to all the money I have spent & had no results, I decided gave it a try. The results have been phenomenal!! Better than I had even hoped. I just picked up my 2nd tube."

"Tri- Luma only works temporarily. I have been suffering from melasma since last five years. I did few chemical peels and it faded away but come back again. I always uses sunscreen which I usually buy from dermatologist office. But this spot always come back. My dermatologist gave me Tri-Luma. I have used it for last two months. My melasma faded away for temporarily but with in a week it came back same as before. When I saw all these reviews I was so excited that my melasma will go away. I believe all these are paid reviews. Buying these products is wasting your money. Do not buy these product."

"I have been using Tri-luma for 1 week. I live with melasma for the past 25 years. The melasma started due to birth control, sun bathing, and got worse when I tried to get rid of fine lines with a chemical peel a few years back. I never tried to get rid of the melasma because my mother suffered from it ever since I can remember. My mother spent thousands on trying to get rid of melasma patches and I just thought it wasn’t ever going away. My mom used an Avon cream to get rid of hers but it took her 10 years of religiously using it to finally have clear skin. I have melasma on my checks and on both sides of my forehead. I am Hispanic with medium skin tone, cream color. After 7 days the melasma is starting to go away! I’m in disbelief! Others have noticed! Worth the $236 I paid at Walmart. If you have an FSA or HSA card it should be covered."

"Wow all I have to say is this Tri-Luma works ! I exposed my skin to several hours of sun by accident and my Melasma was horrendous !! Got my script for this and within 1 week I’ve noticed a change, after 2 very significant change. You need to follow directions and how to use. This is a miracle cream in a bottle and worth every penny! You will spend more on other stuff overall. This is an all in one cream!"

"My dermatologist recommended this product. As a teenager I was diagnosed with Eczema/Atopic Dermatitis. I would have experienced breakouts of it , I no longer experience breakouts, however I remained with dark spots all over my body, main problem area-my legs. I am now 30 years old. My now dermatologist rediagnosed me with Lichen Planus and indicated that it would take approximately 3 series of treatments to experience results, used the product faithfully for a little over 6 -8 weeks and I see zero improvement thus far, I am to return to the DR. for a review & prescription."

"Had a really bad experience with Triluma. Had read cases where patients pigmentation got worse post application & despite being positive & giving it a shot, unfortunately the same happened with me too. The pigmentation darkened & spread to other regions of my face too. Quite unhappy, dissatisfied & feeling low."

"The jury is still out on this as I have been using it faithfully following the directions for the past 7 weeks. I will try turning off the lights after I apply it at night, noting a previous poster's instructions. My husband says he notices a difference, but I'm not real sure. Left the box out from the refrigerator a couple of times, but I've read that may not reduce its effectiveness. I certainly hope not? My melasma is light, but I have 3 spots that are troublesome, one on the forehead and two above the upper lip. The two on the upper lip seem to be lightening, but again, it is hard to tell. The one on my forehead seems to persist, and I think after two months it should be more noticeable. I'll finish this month out and see what happens. It is ill-advisable to use this product for long-term so I won't."

"I've been using Tri-Luma for six months for my moustache with poor results. The skin above my upper lip is now very sensitive and itchy. This cream is very expensive and my opinion is, it is totally not worth it. The cream was prescribed by a dermatologist. Not worth the money."

"This Cream will only work when you apply it. Once you stop, Hyperpigmentation reappears even faster than it disappeared. Means that you have to use it for the rest of your life. "

"I have found that microneedling before applying Tri Luma makes a huge difference. I use a vitamin C serum after I wash my face in the morning and then apply a SPF of 55 twice a day. Amazing results!"
