Clomid (clomiphene) "My boyfriend and I tried to get pregnant for a year. I charted every day. According to the charts, I was fine. I was on depo for 10 years after having my first child. So I'm sure that affected my ovulation. I took clomid once at the beginning of May 06 and had a positive pregnancy result on June 1st. I don't think I needed it but it happened. I have 2 healthy (born at 26 weeks) twins."

Clomid (clomiphene) "I just wanted to let people know that I have PCOS and was not ovulating on my own. The first time I took it got pregnant right away and had a miscarriage :( I did try again 7 months later on 100mg and got pregnant right away again and she is now 16 Months!"

He put me on clomid 50mg I ovulated and got my period then the second month he increased the dose to 100mg had sex on fertile days then got pregnant. Clomid (clomiphene) "I just turned 40 in November and have been married for almost 20 years and this is the first real chance a doctor has given me and my husband to get pregnant. I have PCOS and I don't get cycles or ovulate on my own. My gyn has me on 100 mg of Clomid and I took my second round of pills last night and so far no weird side effects. Clomid (clomiphene) "Hello all, I just completed my first 5-day cycle of Clomid. My story is a little different then most I’ve read, I have pretty regular periods and I do ovulate, but I keep having miscarriages, and now since my last one in January I am now having trouble getting pregnant. My doctor prescribed I take starting it on day 5 of my menstrual cycle. No bad side effects, I did have a headache and a little fatigue. Now I go back to my doctor on Friday for an ultrasound, not really sure what to expect. I’m so intrigued. I’m really hoping we get pregnant. Clomid (clomiphene) "Trying to conceive (TTC) 8 years....I have PCOS at 28 yrs old, took the depo shot for about 2 years would not recommend DEPO to anybody. I bought Clomid at an online pharmacy after seeing a fertility specialist. I wasn't ovulating on my own. Clomid 100 mg first cycle I ovulated but not pregnant, second cycle got pregnant miscarried at 8 weeks, skipped a month, 3rd cycle got Big fat positive test (BFP) so pregnant with Dear Daughter (DD) happy healthy 10 month old now. Definitely works. Now I'm on my first cycle after DD hoping for another BFP."

Clomid (clomiphene) "Hi girls! Thank you all for sharing your stories! You are very brave!! I'm actually going through this at the time. I'm 31 yrs old and on my second clomid cycle at 100mg. I have PCOS and have been trying to conceive for the past 6 months (I have no children yet). First cycle of clomid failed, my DR put me on this med to induce ovulation since PCOS does not allow me to ovulate regularly. Clomid (clomiphene) "I took clomid last January from day 1-5 of on period to induce ovulation because I have pcos therefore my periods are irregular and don't think I ovulate normally. I got pregnant the next month, unfortunely I lost my baby in May of 2016, I was about 18 weeks. So in June I got a period but kind of long one, not too sure if it was a normal period anyway, after 36 days I had another period which was on june, in July I had my period on the 25th which seems to me like a period so I took clomid again I the first day through the 29th so five day starting from day one of my period, not like day 2-3 like some do. I follow the calendar and it predicted that I will be ovulate around the 3-8th of August, I had intercouse on those day, I'm pregnant 16th"

Clomid (clomiphene) "I used to have irregular periods and I really wanted to be a mum so went to a gynecologist and I was prescribed clomid to use on day 3 of my period for 5 days, and to have intercourse days after finishing. Clomid (clomiphene) "On my 3rd month of clomid. (Last one) I am REALLY hoping this would be the month. I only noticed 2 significant side effects from 2 months taking it: I get so bloated for like 3-4 days around ovulation time plus very emotional. I cried a lot. Good luck to us!! Clomid (clomiphene) "I want to review Clomid and Metformin because other people's reviews gave me hope and I want to pay it back. About me: I am 32, UK based, TTC for nearly 3 years,1 miscarriage during that time, PCOS, and high AMH levels. I began taking 50g Clomid (with 1000g Metformin) in September 2021 to induce ovulation and it worked for me first time. I did not get pregnant that month but blood tests confirmed that for the first time in a long time, I had ovulated. I took the same dose in October 2021 and I am currently 5 weeks pregnant!! For me, Clomid has been a true blessing. I took it on days 2-6 of my cycle (starting on the second day of my period) and always just before bed to try and avoid the worst of the side-effects. I did get some hot flushes and vaginal dryness, and the second month I was exceptionally emotional/irritable, but TBH I think that was more about the stress of trying to conceive than the actual medication! Clomid (clomiphene) "I’m 39 and a mother to a 2 yr old healthy boy; thanks to Clomid. I was 22 when I began to try to conceive the natural way. Had 2 early miscarriages; in 2005 and in 2008 from previous partner. Met my husband in 2016 and Started to show signs of anovluation. My MD prescribed clomid at 100 mg. Boom ! Pregnant on 2nd try. I feel having waited this long, my age has made it more difficult to conceive due to low AMH, endometriosis, one blocked tube and pre-diabetic. But I wouldn’t change it for the world. Here I am at 39, trying for baby # 2. Six months of clomid and no luck. Fertility specialist switched to Fermora for first cycle with IUI and still no luck. Took 1 month break due to cyst on right ovary so was prescribed birth control. Now I’m on 2nd IUI but this time giving clomid another try; with our faith in God we pray that I am pregnant ! Reason I’m giving clomid rating of 8 is because the severe pain that I endured during ovulation - even though it is so worth it in the end."

Clomid (clomiphene) "I conceived my 1st baby unexpectedly when I was 17 but once it came time to try for baby number 2 we had trouble. I had developed PCOS and didn't have a menstrual cycle for 8 months straight (due to anovulation) so my doctor prescribed Clomid after 18m of no luck. I took 50mg on cycle days 2-6 and conceived my baby boy on cycle day 14(April 2009). He was born at 37 weeks 110% healthy. When we wanted to try for #3 my wonderful OBGYN prescribed Clomid again right away, allowing us to avoid the unnecessary stress of trying with no luck again. So we used 50mg on cycle days 1-5 this time and I conceived my beautiful baby girl on cycle day 21, first cycle again (Sept 2010). She was born at 39 weeks, 10 lbs of perfectness. Clomid was my miracle."
