Enstilar (betamethasone / calcipotriene) for Plaque Psoriasis "So I've been using Enstilar for just about 2 weeks and I have noticed a significant clearing of the Plaque build up on my Elbows and behind the my knees. Also it has completely cleared the psoriasis in and around my ears with 3 applications! I actually noticed a change 24 hours after the first application. I was hesitant at first because my insurance will not cover the entire cost and the co-pay card did not help much. But, I'm glad I bit the bullet and had the prescription filled. I haven't worn shorts or short sleeves in a year and thought to myself, well $200 for some self confidence is a small price to pay."

Taclonex (betamethasone / calcipotriene) for Psoriasis "Taclonex Susp. has turned my life around! I primarily use it on my scalp and sometimes on the cuticles of my toes. I no longer look like a walking dandruff commercial. In the beginning, I did use it about 3-4 times in a row, at night. Then I'd shampoo with a product that had salicylic acid in it. After about 6 months, I didn't need to use the Taclonex as often. It has become an "as needed" medication for me. When my scalp starts itching, it's time to start using the Taclonex Susp. I did get a Zero Co-Pay card my derm and have not paid anything for this. Do have psoriasis everywhere else."

Taclonex (betamethasone / calcipotriene) for Psoriasis "I applied Taclonex for over a year. It sooths and moisturizes the skin but consistent improvement did not happen. My Psoriasis seemed to flare up and then subside without any direct impact from this product. It is expensive!"

Taclonex (betamethasone / calcipotriene) for Psoriasis "I've been struggling with scalp psoriasis for 4 years and tried the OTC treatments, but nothing has worked! My dermatologist prescribed me this medication and I started applying it 2x/day on my scalp and I started seeing major improvements within a week! I've stopped scratching my scalp now and I've been happy to have this relief. Gone are the days when I would be scratching my scalp constantly and my back would be full of dandruff. I also have guttate psoriasis on my legs and trunks. The results aren't as effective and instant compared to ones on my scalp so minus 2 stars! I wish it helped clear the pink spots up right away though! Ugh, it's like acne on your legs, but more stubborn!"

Taclonex (betamethasone / calcipotriene) for Psoriasis "I developed psoriasis after the birth of my first child. It responded well to Taclonex, but I had to stop using it for my second pregnancy. My elbows, and now the tops of my feet, became really bad recently and I called for a new prescription. After weeks of terrible discomfort it is almost cleared in a few days time. I have never experienced any side effects. I love this medicine."

Taclonex (betamethasone / calcipotriene) for Psoriasis "First tube working well, elbows and knees clear. Butt and back of legs showing signs of improvement. Doctor gave zero co-pay coupon or I would not be using this medication. Insurance people think a 60 gram tube should last three weeks."

Enstilar (betamethasone / calcipotriene) for Plaque Psoriasis "Don't waste your time buying the foam. It comes out ice cold hardly, evaporates instantly and you will need a can just to cover affected areas. I called to complain, they said that is how it comes out and even said that many people have complained about same issue."

Enstilar (betamethasone / calcipotriene) for Plaque Psoriasis "I suffer with severe atopic dermatitis . Over a year ago I developed psoriasis on my scalp, behind ears & forehead! I had been to my GP many times, he just kept telling me it was my eczema that had affected this and triggered it ! He just kept prescribing me steroid creams . I eventually got a dermatology appointment in the hospital. They prescribed me enstilar, and no joke, after one application it removed all flakes and hard lumpy skin on my scalp . 4 days of using it and my psoriasis is completely gone! Even the itch & the redness!! I will continue to use this once a week to keep it all at bay . But I would 100000% recommend it ."

Enstilar (betamethasone / calcipotriene) for Psoriasis "This was prescribed to me for scalp psoriasis after trying a medical shampoo and another topical lotion with no relief from the itch and flakes. I found within the first few applications it relieved the itch and got rid of about 90% of the plaques on my scalp. I have been using it for almost a month now and its made a worlds difference for me! The only reason I've not given it a 10/10 is how greasy it is, its hard to apply and much harder to remove from my hair. After trying a couple of things I've found that the trick is to use baby oil to break down the stickiness and use dish soap to wash it out (I do this step at night before bed) then in the morning I use Loreal's extraordinary clay hair mask to absorb the remaining baby oil!"

Enstilar (betamethasone / calcipotriene) for Plaque Psoriasis "I've been using Enstilar for about three weeks. All the scaley tissue is completely gone and the red spots are clearing up. It's great stuff. Because I live in the UK, it's free to me. I looked it up and if I had to buy it, it would be £60 per can"

Taclonex (betamethasone / calcipotriene) for Psoriasis "This was an absolute miracle. I’m 43, and I’ve had scalp psoriasis off and on since I was 15. In the past, medium to high potency topical steroids cleared me up in about two weeks. However, I had been experiencing a flare up for the past three years and topical clobetasol hadn’t helped. My next treatment option would have been methotrexate, which I was extremely leery of taking, but my dermatologist prescribed Taclonex scalp and I felt relief even after the FIRST application. My scalp was completely cleared in three days, except for a few scabs from my constant itching and picking. Unbelievable."

Enstilar (betamethasone / calcipotriene) for Plaque Psoriasis "I have had psoriasis for last 20 years and used many different medicines including injecting methotrexate and none of them worked. I was sceptical about Enstilar foam but I used it daily for 4 weeks and the results are amazing. I've stopped using it now for about a month and my skin still seems to be improving and I am hopeful for the future now."

Enstilar (betamethasone / calcipotriene) for Psoriasis "Would not recommend to anyone- whilst using Enstilar my skin cleared up and was almost completely gone however, after I stopped using it my skin flared up to the point where it is now the worst it has ever been! It has spread so much and I have new patches of psoriasis in areas of my body where I never had it before e.g. on my arms- please avoid if you haven't started using it yet- it isn't worth it for very temporary results!"

Enstilar (betamethasone / calcipotriene) for Psoriasis "I have psoriasis for the last 18 years (currently 34). For a long time, it was only on the scalp, but later it decided to visit me in multiple places (lower legs, torso). I've tried multiple solutions in the past like Dovobet, Xamiol for the scalp, etc. Last year, my doctor prescribed me Enstilar - in the beginning (like most of the people here) I was delighted. I tried it both on the scalp and body and it worked amazingly well! However, once I stop using it (either because I feel clean or because I run out of the product), psoriasis comes back much more aggressively. For me, it still works. Once I apply it, the next day I feel much better and with 3-4 applications, I can clear the plaques. However, the problem is that I now have psoriasis in places I never had before and it feels like I need to use Enstilar daily or every other day. I don't know if Enstilar is the reason for psoriasis appearing in new places, it could be age, lifestyle, stress, weather, etc. But for sure, my psoriasis does come back once I stop using it."

Enstilar (betamethasone / calcipotriene) for Psoriasis "This stuff is made of nightmares. The rebound is terrifying. The only reason I can think its so worse than daivobet is that the spray puts a fine mist of enstilar all over your skin and furniture. It's impossible to apply it locally to plaques. But that's just a guess, I can only give personal experience, every time I use this stuff my psoriasis comes back 10 times more aggressive. My psorasis was never as bad as it is today until I started this stuff, ended up on biologics. It works in the short term, but in weeks you're begging the doctor for pills or injections. Never again."

Enstilar (betamethasone / calcipotriene) for Psoriasis "For the first week on Enstilar, I thought it was helping my Psoriasis, but after two weeks, it was definitely getting worse. Stopped using it after two weeks as the psoriasis was redder with larger patches....some even appeared infected. I know it is the Ensilar because I did not use the product on my arms and they are fine. I used the most on my lower legs and a little on my upper legs and the lower legs are significantly worse than the upper legs."

Enstilar (betamethasone / calcipotriene) for Plaque Psoriasis "Been using Enstilar for about 4 years... @ first it was used primarily as a touch up for Enbrel and worked great .. But... I fell off the Enbrell wagon due to the leg sting, injector aversion and a royal pain in the butt co pay assistance program. What a yank! Now just on Enstilar and seeking a decent base drug to build on as even though it helps greatly with plaques and redness I just don't think Enstilar is a qualified continuous base treatment for this condition."

Enstilar (betamethasone / calcipotriene) for Plaque Psoriasis "Have had moderate psoriasis since age 11 (26 years). Nothing has ever worked treatment wise. Was admitted to hospital 3 weeks ago ( for mental health reasons) and the doctor prescribed Enstilar as soon as they saw my skin. My skin has dramatically improved. Started to see a difference after the 2nd application. I am very impressed. Just hope it continues to improves and I can become psoriasis free, or at least almost psoriasis free. I'm from UK and Enstilar was free of charge on our NHS."

Taclonex (betamethasone / calcipotriene) for Psoriasis "I have pretty bad psoriasis. It was mild at first and I was prescribed Taclonex and Desonide which worked like a charm. I changed insurances and they didn't cover Taclonex so my psoriasis spread like wild fire. What is worse is I am getting married in less than a year and it is very noticeable on my arms. I finally got the insurnace company to grant me an exception so I have begun using Taclonex religiously! I hope it clears by my wedding."

I have recently been prescribed this and it worked within 24 hours!! After reading other reviews I'm so glad that I get this on the NHS and don't have to pay! Definitely recommend trying this product."

Enstilar (betamethasone / calcipotriene) for Psoriasis "I have used Enstilar many times and yes it does work wonders in just a few days. I apply it every night and let it dry for 20 minutes before I apply moisturizer. I do this every day for 2-4 weeks and then I go to just applying it twice a week. The only problem is that psoriasis starts coming back when I only apply it twice a week and if I quit then psoriasis gets even worse than it was, to begin with. It is also so messy and sticky so it is not that easy. I like it but at the same time, I feel like it’s not worth it because psoriasis just comes back after a while."

For Psoriasis "Fantastic product! I have, like most, tried everything. Orals, topicals, injectable, etc. This cleared me up quickly (at least the spots I could reach). Within a month large plaque areas were smooth and flesh tones. While other lesser spots were gone leaving the dark patch of my past spots. It leaves a "waxy" feel when applied but not the ointment feel of others at all. I would HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone."

For Psoriasis "I've had psoriasis for over 30 years. When I first used this product it worked wonders but lately it has been really aggravating my skin so I stopped using it. For my scalp psoriasis, my dermatologist suggested that after I wash my hair I should dry it fairly quickly. This small change in my routine has reduced my scalp psoriasis by about 80%."
