What happens if you drink and smoke while on Lupron Depot 11.25mg?

First question is, why are you taking the Lupron? If this is for an infertility cycle, why would you be drinking and smoking anyway?

If on the other hand, you are using it to treat a uterine disorder (endo, heavy bleeding, painful periods, etc.) and not trying to get pregnant, just live your life normally.
