Ultram - How long should I wait to have a glass of wine either before or after I take Tramadol?

Hi, it really isn't a good idea to drink whilst you are taking Tramadol, even if you take a 'day off', the medication it stays in your system for quite a while. Until you've been off the med for 2-3 weeks. They don't mix.
