I have a tionslot if conditions I take a lot a meds.since my 30+year doctor retired they want me to?

shoul I try either robaxin,skelaxin,zanaflex,bacloflen.All show major interactions with my current meds.The new doctor says i have been on soma plain too long.I am asking for advice.
