I got a clot after stopping Plavix. Is there special way to to it?

This is my third experience with DES's. No problems before. I was given a new type of DU stent Oct. 1911. HOw do I stop? Should I be tapering taper off?

Are there any acceptable pain killers to take while taking Plavix?
