My 95 year old mother is taking a "double" dose of plavix and complaining of bad stomach aches. I?

I read somewhere that a double dose of plavix was not recommended, it was not twice as good as a single dose. any comments?

After stopping Plavix, my Mom's port keeps getting stopped up. Could there be a connection?

Just wondering if there is a reason this is happening due to stopping Plavix? The last several months, medical personnel can't get a blood draw from her port.

I have been on generic Plavix now for 8 weeks due to an Ischemic Stroke. I feel absolutely drugged,?

... have extreme fatigue and have a problem with balance ,none of which I had right after the stroke. Being allergic to Aspirin I need this med, but am miserable on it. Any suggestions?

Are their any anti inflammatory medications that you can take with Plavix?

I know that you cannot take aspirin or nsaids with Plavix, but I have a knee that is often swollen. Also, I just broke my nose. I need something besides ice. Is there anything I can take?
