I found 5 round light green pills in my sons room. M with a square around it on one side and 30 above the score line. I can't figure out what they are.. help

that is wrong, they are fentanyl made to look like oxy, the Mexican cartels have been producing large quantities and shipping them over the border, I guarantee your son didnt have a prescription, or they would have been in a prescription bottle.

the green ones are definitely fake and made with fentanyl, the blue ones could be oxycodone, but most likely fake as well. most doctors don't prescribe those anymore. But if they are more green they are 100% fake and made with fentanyl in Mexico.

They are in fact oxycodone 30mg pills

Most likely they are Oxycodone 30 mg.
