I was prescribed oxybutynin for hyperhydrosis. For what I wanted it for it was working great. I had used it for about a week straight and I was noticing less and less sweating for the longer time i took it. However the side effects starting kicking in and the benefits of the drug were not worth the side effects. I constantly felt dizzy and a little out of it and my heart felt like it was constantly racing. It increased my anxiety to terrible levels and I couldn't stand it anymore so I had to stop taking it. I even went to as low of a dose as 2.5mg a day. Someone please let me know if there are effective ways to deal with the side effects or if there are alternatives for oxybutynin that may not present such harsh of side effects. Thank you very much and please any help would be much appreciated!
