Found these pills in my son’s room. Just concerned. Can you tell me what they are? They have imprint of x x on one side & nothing at all on other side. They have line in the middle between the x where they can be broken in half. Thank you
What do X X pills look like? They are white, small oblong football shaped?

Xyzal Allergy 24HR is used in the treatment of allergic rhinitis; allergies and belongs to the drug class antihistamines. There is no proven risk in humans during pregnancy. Xyzal Allergy 24HR 5 mg is not a controlled substance under the Controlled Substance Act (CSA).
