I heard it can throw it way off a give false positives for drugs that we have never even seen?
Does phenazopyridine give false results for a drug screen?

It can affect the drug tests, not recommended though.

As I am working in the law enforcement agency, I strongly emphasize on "pyridium" to bypass the -ve stuffs. Some people are pretty clever, yet we do have measures to figure out have the client used it at all. If so, one will fail the drug test.
