What chance is there for false positive drug screen from Biktarvy?

"Buspirone can cause false positive results with certain medical tests. You may need to stop using the medicine for at least 48 hours before your test. Tell any doctor who treats you that you are using BuSpar."

Biktarvy does not cause false positive test results, now, according to The National Library of Medicine, the HIV antiviral medication Efavirenz (Sustiva) may cause false positive test results for cannabis.
