Nuvigil is the best but I am having diarrhea every time right after I eat. Will this side effect go away?
Nuvigil for MS 150 mg causes me to have diarrhea?

Nuvigil can be taken with or without food, perhaps if you try taking it on an empty stomach it would suit you best. Anyway, do inform your Dr. about this situation.
