The cough is bad that she is prone to bring up when she coughs. This is now affecting the functioning of the bladder. She cannot control the bladder, resulting her wetting herself during the cough. She was diagnosed with SLE in 1982 and in 2008 was diagnosed with a kidney failure, after 6 months of dialysis she was taken off and put onto Cellcept.
