How many mg of vyvanse equals 30mg adderall xr?

Everyone is different. I never get a nasty crash off vyvance. Matter of fact
" in my opinion " it gradually wares off.
I actually like it better than adderal.

I also feel that Vyvance has a much less nasty crash, in fact I have never had the "crash" like feeling on Vyvance that I had with Adderall. However, everyone does react differently to different medications so that is only my opinion and personal experience. It also makes me feel less "jittery". When I switched from Adderall to Vyvance I was taking 30mg Adderall and my Dr put me on 40 Mg Vyvance because he told me it was not as strong as Adderall. However, as with all medications after about a year and half of being on 40mg Vyvance I began gaining a tolerance and it seemed to be not as effective so my Dr changed it to 50mg and that has been working great for almost 2 years. I know they have 20mg, 30mg, 40mg, and 50mg Vyvance... not sure if there are more and I was told that the highest recommended dosage for Vyvance is 70mg. Good luck -T-

I’ve been on Vyvance 70 for years. Never had a hard crash but my new insurance has a deductible and Vyvance was almost $300 so my doctor switched me to Adderall 20 he said it was stronger then Vyvance. Will start tomorrow

I switched to Adderall XR 40mg from Vyvanse 60mg. I was on Vyvanse 60mg because I wasn't getting much of a therapeutic effect from the Vyvanse. It would stim me out for about an hour, slow down to something more therapeutic for about 5 hours, and then I would crash and have severe anxiety.

The Adderall XR is much much softer, but it too doesn't last long. it's the same 6 hour window of time without all the intense side effects.
