harry jonesI take 1 pill in the am, then another around nine. The next pill will be around 3 the following afternoon. I'm thinking these pills last for
18 hrs but I'm not too sure of this. What is the average time for these pills?
I take Tramadol HCL 50 Mg for back pain. My question is how long this pill last thru the day?

4 hours is average as the previous response but it does depend on the individual taking them. Some people can 'feel' the effects for much longer, similarly, if you take them long term, the effects can seem to wear off much quicker, often after a couple of hours. As with myself

I can only speak from my own experience. after a brief adjustment from my body tramadol lasted 4 hrs and no longer.that adjustment period was 10 days. but everyone's body and pain level are different. judge for yourself. only take pain meds when you realy need to, your tolerance will grow the more you use them.
