No, Lyrica does not contain aspirin or any other anti inflammatory drug.
The active ingredient in Lyrica is called Pregabalin and is described chemically as (S)-3-(aminomethyl)-5-methylhexanoic acid.
It is used to treat fibromyalgia or nerve pain caused by certain conditions (eg, shingles, diabetic nerve problems).
