I know that you cannot take aspirin or nsaids with Plavix, but I have a knee that is often swollen. Also, I just broke my nose. I need something besides ice. Is there anything I can take?

I have cml I take 100mg daily and protonix for barets disease ,plavix aspirin and lipitor for vascular disease,wellbutrin and cymbalta for depression.
