Here is a list of foods high in vitamin K. We always advised people to avoid green leafy vegetables, but otherwise don't change your diet, as the dose will be adjusted to you and your diet, then if you change, you're risking problems with the dose.

Is vitamin K or K2 important enough for good health to justify supplements and resultant adjustment?
The coumadin dosage would have to be increased along with more extensive INR testing. Does coumadin block or negate the benefits of vitamin K2? ...

I recently had vitamin d checked and my # was 35.5. The range is 32.0-100.0. So I am on the low end. Let me know... Thanks- Jfamily :)

for a class paper and I was unable to find the answer in the coumadin informtion. I read about vitamin k but I am unsure if that is correct.
