The best manufacturer of generic Prozac (fluoxetine) is the one who produces the medication that works best for you. All generics contain the same drug but the fillers, binders, coloring agents, etc. may vary from one to another and they may cause problems for some people. You can ask your pharmacist for a generic product that uses the same inert ingredients as the brand name or you can go by trial and error. When you find a product that works best for you you can ask the pharmacist to special order it for you if it's different from what they have in stock.
Personally, I've used different generics for all my medications and never noticed any difference.
