Hello, Brendaline03. The amount of "beads" in the capsules you have is correct. I believe that all the different doses contain the exact same mixture, but in different amounts. I take 30mgXR and mine are completely filled with the little beads. The time release of the medication is controlled by the salts that the amphetamine and dextroamphetamine is mixed with. Each one is combined with two different salt compounds giving you a total of four mixtures which are all metabolized at different rates by your body, hence "extended release". If you Google Adderall XR time release table you should be able to find out the approximate length of time each one kicks in. You should also notice after taking it when each release occurs by the little "boosts" you get. I hope I've explained everything thouroughly enough for you. Good luck with the Med; if its the proper dose many things you've been missing should start becoming apparent. If not, let your doc know and keep upping it until your routine smoothes out.
