Each syringe contains 12 ml of solution of Docusate Sodium Sulfosuccinate 250 mg in Glycerin with Sorbic Acid (as a preservative).
To administer PET-ENEMA, remove the cap and gently insert nozzle into rectum. If desired, nozzle can be lubricated prior to insertion. Depress plunger to express contents. Treatment may be repeated in one hour if indicated.
