Viagra long term side effects...

I recently begun taking Viagra to help with certain dysfunctions. A few years ago, I was in an automobile accident and suffered nerve damage in my lower back (Cauda Equina Syndrome). Luckily, I’ve not sustained from the comon effects of the syndrome. One of the problems I’ve suffered from has been erectile dysfunctions. Since I' started taking Viagra, it has done wonders to such problems. I don't mind to keep taking it but I'm worried about the long term effect it will have on my body. A friend of mine mentioned that if I keep taking it, your body will become so use to it, that I won't be able to have any sexual functions without it. I don't need it all the time. It's odd, with a certain partner; I've NEVER taken it and have NEVER had erection problems. Now I'm dating someone who I have very strong feelings for with a possible future with but I struggle with my errections with her. I'm thinking it must be part psychological but why exactly, I'm not sure.

I don't believe you can build a tolerance to viagra as all it does is opens up the blood vessel in the penis.I haven't heard of any long term effects.......Dave
