Dilution of norepinephrine Hi Everyone
I'd like more information about dilution of norepinephrine, as it has to be diluted in DW5%. I read in Trissel (Handbook of injectable drugs) that this recomendation is because their dextrose content provides protection against significant loss of potency due oxidation.
However, does anybody know the % of loss if diluted in NS0,9%? I've searched for an article but didn't found any.
If you could help me!
