I had suffered sever insomnia and I don't like to take drugs, one day i went to a pet store and bought 4 finches and a cage, I put them on a dresser in front of my bed and I just laid there and watched them for an hour and all of a sudden I ended up waking up from my sleep 6 hours later! Watching these little birds jump from post to post and making a soothing little squeaking noise for each jump ended up taking away all my stress and put me to sleep! It was amazing, nothing was working and then this came along, I would definitely encourage people to try this method, the birds are very cheap (around 7-10 dollars each) [|)]
