Applies to: Oforta (fludarabine) and Nipent (pentostatin)

GENERALLY AVOID: The concomitant administration of fludarabine and pentostatin may increase the risk of potentially fatal pulmonary toxicity (interstitial pneumonitis). The mechanism is unknown but may be related to additive pulmonary toxicity.

MANAGEMENT: Concurrent use should be avoided.
