Doravirine has not been studied in patients with severe liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh C); caution is recommended. No dosage adjustment of doravirine is needed in patients with mild or moderate liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh A or B).

Doravirine has not been adequately studied in patients with ESRD and has not been studied in patients receiving dialysis; caution is recommended. No dosage adjustment of doravirine is needed in patients with mild, moderate, or severe renal dysfunction.
