For High Blood Pressure "Currently on verapamil 120mg SR, metoprolol succinate 25mg SR and valsartan 160mg, in the morning, and rilmenidine 1mg, in the evening. This way, my blood pressure is always between 110 and 150, and my heart rate, from 50 to 65. I am 75 years old. My HBP is malignant. My doctors really worked hard setting this treatment plan for me, because I can't take the following drugs: indapamide | hydrochlorothiazide | zofenoPRIL(...) [triggering atopic dermatitis] amloDIPINE(...) [triggering angina] 8/ 10 for verapamil because from what I noticed, while taking it, my diastolic blood pressure is never going above 60 ~ 65 anymore. For my edema (as a result of my cardiac illnesses), I use a few times a month furosemide and allopurinol, together."
