For Hypogonadism, Male "I been taking Fortesta for a week, I can say my mood has been better but still feel drained. I hope that this really works for me due to the fact I lost my wife and kids over me not being me."

For Hypogonadism, Male "I started off using Androgel and while it improved my numbers they never got above 400 and settled around 300. Dr switched me to generic Fortesta. I felt a lot better after about a month and 4 months later my numbers were in the high 700's. Then the pharmacy couldn't get the same generic brand and switched to another. First thing I noticed was the get never seemed to dry, even after a couple of hours. Then I started to have a skin reaction. I talked to my Dr and learned there is was a difference in one of the non active ingredients and I seem to react to the different ingredient. Unfortunately the first generic manufacturer is out of stock with no date of when they will be in stock again. Working with the Dr to see what we can do. This stinks because the first Fortesta really seemed to help my overall mood. My advice if your testosterone isn't working is to work with your doctor and simply switching manufacturers of the same type of testosterone may be enough."
