For Parkinson's Disease "I have Parkinson’s with variable motor disruption namely with tremors. I started selegiline which worsened my gait and cause worsening it off time. Once switched to Xadago I have seen an immense improvement in my every day function with reduced off time and no side effects. Dystonia has reversed and my gait is normal again. Thank you science"

For Parkinson's Disease "I switched from Azilect in 2020 to Xadago and saw an immediate improvement in rigidity (my main symptom) but noticed it worked for about 12 hours so I started taking it about 9 pm so I could sleep. In August my new neurologist took me off of Xadago so I could take Wellbutrin for my depression. It’s been 3 weeks and my legs are so rigid I can barely sleep at all. The doctor didn’t think I’d miss it by increasing my Rytary but that’s not true for me I’m hoping to restart it soon."

For Parkinson's Disease "Taking it by itself first thing in morning at 6am. Seems to help 14 hours later (8pm). Cycle has repeated itself with same results most of the time."
