For Topical Disinfection "After surgical procedure on my foot/toe, the Betadine Soln was applied to the open wound, then bandaged. Within 10 minutes it began burning. ASAP, I removed the dressing & cleaned the area with saline. Blistering was evident. Daily wound cleaning, dressing changes, antibacterial ointment applied 'til healed."

For Topical Disinfection "After the third round of Lucentis injections every five weeks in both eyes for ADM. This Betadine has burnt and road mapped, the surface of both eyeballs each and every time, when the ophthalmologist injects Lucentis into eyeballs within minutes and though 11 rounds of doping with Paracaine. Pain is comparable to a Nutmeg grater to both eyeballs. Vicodin for two days barely touches the pain. All three rounds of injection, pain was progressively worse and longer. Now, I am heading to Will’s Eye. Betadine needs to be “patch skin tested” in a small area, before ever be"

"An older GYN was the first and only person to use Betadine dipped on the tip of a large Q-tip, rubbing it directly on the outside and inside of my vagina. It provided immediate comfort and relief from the itching and irritation and helped get rid of the infection. I decided to try it on my own at home, and it has been very helpful, but after mentioning it to another GYN, she had never heard of it until looking it up on Google. That’s the last resort I have applied myself at home, and it has been extremely helpful. I will continue to use it directly in the future as needed."

For Topical Disinfection "I’ve been using Betadine solution for cuts and scrapes for many years. It’s always been tried and true until yesterday my son scraped his knee open wound. I bought a new bottle of Betadine from CVS made by Perdue pharma. I poured it on the wound and dried the area around and bandaged it up with a large band aid. The next morning 10am wound looked like beginning to get infected has Betadine always been made by Purdue pharma maybe a bad batch?"
