"I have Sinal Stenosis pain. I am on other pain medication, once a day, but when that starts wearing of, or I over do activity and the pain starts creeping back up from a two rating to a four or more, I rub some of this creme, recommended dosage, on the affected area and in approximately twenty to twenty-five minutes I can tell the difference, and I am back on my feet, doing my errands.
