For COVID-19 "I had a bad cold, possibly covid, in December. Started Ivermectin on the third day and it was gone by the next day. My friend was very sick at the same time, in bed for two full days. He got well almost immediately after starting Ivermectin, too. My elderly dad (85 years) had the same cold/covid, much milder than me, and he was well after the first day on Ivermectin."

Stromectol (ivermectin) for Head Lice "After battling head lice for 6 months and spending hundreds of dollars and countless painful, tear filled hours, I finally was at my wits end and went to my doctor in tears. We are clean people but somehow we get rid of these awful bugs and then surprise, they are back. My doctor prescribed this medicine and I was very hesitant because I could not find any information regarding the treatment used for head lice but within 24 hrs of taking this medicine the lice bugs are just falling out and the nits will easily comb out. This is the worst thing that my 11 yr old has ever been through and I just hope it works. Will continue to let you know."

For COVID-19 "My husband and I would both be considered high risk for Covid. When we caught it in 2021 we paid hundreds of dollars to get Ivermectin and jumped through hoops to do it because local pharmacists at Walgreens and CVS criminally refused to fill it. My husband, a diabetic, was sicker than me (I’ve had worse sinus infections), and when he eventually went to the doctor for the nagging cough he was left with, x-rays confirmed the virus had never reached his lungs, thanks to the Ivermectin. Additionally, my husband just had it again, and used Ivermectin again with success. I also used it prophylactically and never got sick. The only “side effect” we ever noticed was some sensitivity with our eyes while we were taking it that passed after we finished the medication."

For COVID-19 "My husband and I both got Covid exactly 3 days after being exposed at my grandparents, senior living complex. Wednesday, the first day of symptoms, we both started ivermectin. My husband recovered within 24 hours and was back at work (from home) within 48 hours. I started to feel better after 48 hours, but on day six after the course of ivermectin was completed, I got rebound. So I was really sick for two weeks. I should’ve kept taking the ivermectin and I bet I would’ve been OK. Now we are starting to take it as a preventative. It has been working great so far. I am very sensitive to medication‘s. What is I can tolerate on an empty stomach with no side effects. My husband had no side effects either. I wish more people are open to using ivermectin ice label."

For COVID-19 "I am a 38 year old female and took ivermectin for 9 days. I would rate my experience as 1/10. I started ivermectin 2 days after getting a positive COVID-19 test. I don’t think ivermectin works at all! I have pneumonia and I can barely breathe. I can hardly walk and I can’t keep food down and literally feel like death. I have literally been having diarrhea, nausea and sometimes throwing up since I started it and so i don't know if it's from the Covid or the Ivermectin but on advice from urgent care I stopped it today to see if maybe I’m having a bad reaction. This sucks! I can’t believe I’m still sick at almost 2 weeks. Can’t hardly move or anything. I’m taking steroids, albuterol, and, antibiotic now. I know I’ll get crap for it but I’m getting the vaccine ASAP because this hasn’t done anything but make me MORE sick than I probably would have been with just Covid by itself!"

For Ascariasis "Broad spectrum antiparasitic that works by paralyzing the invader so it loses its grip and is flushed out safely and without releasing its internal contents which can cause aggravating reaction to toxins within. Well tolerated, safe, and effective against many different types of parasites some of which are still unidentified. Not effective for pinworm, hookworm, or trichinosis but when combined with subsequent albenzadole or mebenzadole use will erradicate the majority of offending known and some unknown parasites. Be sure to use as directed and do a short course follow up retreatment as it may not work against eggs or cysts forms which may take 7-14 days to hatch. This medicine has a long half life and doses tend to be cumulative for days"

For Scabies "I am currently on ivermectin for crusted scabies treatment. I have been living with these scabies for 12 months. It is only because I got a new partner and HE got diagnosed with scabies that my diagnosis of eczema/psoriasis finally changed. I applied the topical cream the first day and saw no results, he saw results instantly. I then BEGGED to see my dermatologist the next day and he got me in, looked at my skin, I told him I think it’s crusted scabies and he agreed. Prescribed me ivermectin 4 tablets once and then again a week later. Now a day after the second dose and my itching has SIGNIFICANTLY decreased. This medication is so so helpful. My doctor said to eat something fatty with the medication too, not on an empty stomach. After months of steroid creams, light treatment, changing my shower products to be soap free and NOTHING working, I finally feel good again. I can see bits of skin I haven’t seen for MONTHS."

For Scabies "Like the top comment. Monday, March 28 Round 1 permethrin, seemed better for a few days, then new bites. Monday, April 4 Round 2 permethrin, bites didn’t stop. Thursday, April 7 Round 1 Ivermectin. Felt better immediately, but after a few days, more bites. Tuesday, April 12 Round 3 permethrin. Felt better at first, but by Tuesday, April 19, more bites. Thursday, April 21, Round 2 of Ivermectin. Sweet relief within hours. Maybe one bite two days later and then NOTHING! The week after the second round of Ivermectin I was so anxious, waiting to see if they would come back, and it really took me two weeks to feel like it was really over. It was just a little over three weeks from my first round of permethrin to something that worked, but felt like an eternity. I can’t praise Ivermectin enough."

Stromectol (ivermectin) for Strongyloidiasis "I have recently taken my third round of Stromectol for a skin condition that I describe as 'worms beneath the skin'. My dermatologist prefers to call my condition, 'V's rash'. I am using Stromectol with a daily dose of 200mg doxycycline. Yes, it does make me nauseous, but worth it. Stromectol has worked the best this third time. I begin my second phase today, as I began the third course two weeks ago. I've had no 'activity' in the skin since the third round began. Hope this last dose helps these. "

For COVID-19 "I know most people who read this will probably think is propaganda, but I must tell my story. Ivermectin was not helpful for my husband, and he insisted that it was. He caught covid and passed away in September of 2022. I trusted him because 'there are many sources that can validate its effects.' I'll regret that for the rest of my life. I've seen other reviews on here saying that ivermectin is a cure-all. And I just wanted to provide an example of it not being a cure-all. I've lost my husband. Please, please don't repeat my mistakes."

For Scabies "So, it was my ex girlfriend that (apparently) gave me the scabies in the first place. See my other review where I went self under-misdiagnosed for about two months before treatment, which took three runs. I got with her right after New Years and I recognized that “itch” right away. Called doctor and got (another) permethrin and Ivermectin treatment. She was badly infested as I had females lay a lot of eggs, and still reeling 9 days later. Bad mistake, and I am going to find the cure for this horrible infestation."

"I was prescribed to take ivermectin for headlice for 3 consecutive days and 4 times a day at 3mg each. The first day was very mild dizziness, no problem. The second day was fine. I only started getting side effects the night on Day 2, and they were horrific. Muscle tremors, shaking, rashes, loss of appetite, heart palpitations. I was trying to sleep and I kept being woken up from doze because of the palpitations. Well I tried continuing its usage up until midday Day 3, when I was so beyond the point of shaking that my teeth were chattering and I had to stop taking them of fear of something happening to me. Fast forward a few days later off of them, still experiencing side effects. Skin is peeling, skin is red, moderate shaking. I gave a few stars because I do feel like it was helping for my condition but it did not outweigh the side effects. Contacted my doctor for something else."

For Scabies "After 5 weeks of scabies treatment options combining permethrin topical use, Ivermectin 3g single use every 2 weeks to kill off mites and their eggs, I continued to have outbursts. I started taking Doxycycline because it stops the mites from replicating so they will die off. If I had to do it over again, I would start with 3g Ivermectin for group kill along with Permethrin to kill them on the skin, and begin Doxycycline to stop replication."

For Strongyloidiasis "After seeing about 8 different doctors. two of the doctors somewhat believed me when I relayed my symptoms to them because they are so unbelievable and insane. I’ve since diagnosed myself with what is a terribly extreme parasitic infection for which ivermectin is used as treatment. I took 12mg on day one. I see a mass exodus of parasites from my body. Unfortunately, I’m unsure if this is the norm for this affliction or if the ivermectin is working. I took a second dosage of 12 mg on day 6. Same outcome. Mass exodus, nothing new, nastiness abounds. I’ve become skeletal from not eating for 6 weeks- living on ensure and Pedialyte due to my refusal to eat after witnessing the constant disgust emanating from my tongue and behind my teeth (a wad of paper towels in my mouth is commonplace for 5 weeks now). I cannot afford to lose any more weight so I’m taking the third dose of 12mg on day 12 in hopes that it works and I’m cured as the other review authors here. I’m getting desperate."

For Scabies "I discovered that I had scabies. After two months of itching, I went to the family doctor. He said that I have scabies; at that time, I had rashes only on my wrist, a little on my arms, and some on my stomach, and 4 to 5 rashes on my private areas. He gave me Nix 5% and said, 'Use it on your whole body from your neck to your foot, and repeat after one week.' I used it a few times, not just twice. After a few weeks, I went to a dermatologist and told him that I have had scabies for so long and have been doing everything like washing and leaving my room for four days. The dermatologist recommended ivermectin and advised using four pills at once and repeating after seven days. I haven't used it yet, but I hope it can help me because I have itching and rashes all over my body. There are many rashes on my neck, beard, and private areas, more than 1k rashes now, down to my foot. My body is in bad condition. I hope ivermectin can help me. Guys, please pray for me to heal soon."
