For Dermatitis "I was diagnosed with gutate psoriasis 40 yrs ago post an episode of strep throat. Since then I've been on the roller coaster of treatments and exacerbations. Most recently, in addition to several plaques on my scalp, my derm, upon examination, added dermatitis to my diagnosis. He ordered the fluocinonide solution once a day at bedtime for two weeks. It has helped reduce itching and some of the plaques on my scalp, but has not completely resolved either. I have used other solutions and creams moving up the ladder of increasing the strengths of steroids. Currently I'm using Ketoconazole 2% shampoo every three days and betamethasone dipropionate 0.05% on non scalp plaque. I'm not aware of any adverse events. As a side note, I have additional immune issues."

For Psoriasis "I always have had psoriasis of the scalp but recently it has started on one armpit. It is very uncomfortable so my mom who is a nurse gave me a tube of this. It worked within a day but I lost out and it broke out terribly bad like I thought nothing could help it. I found the tube and it looked awesome after just one day. Just finished my second day and it had faded quite a bit more. I'm sure it won't be long till its completely gone. Can't wait. It's the summer and I can't always keep my arms down."

For Psoriasis "fluocinonide Worked amazing! In 2008 was prescribed for my Guttate (covering entire body 60%+ of skin) and my Plaque on scalp, Within 4 days I was almost 100% clear. Haven't been able to get since but would recommend every day of the week!"

"I have constant flare-ups of soreness on my tongue caused by drinking orange juice, lemonade, etc. I apply the medication to the affected area on my tongue at night, and it helps. I have been using this medication for years, upon the advice of my doctor."

Lidex (fluocinonide) for Psoriasis "Did not phase my psoriasis in any way. It did manage to take my fingertips off the fingers I was using to apply it. I would have thought it was pretty strong based on that. But did nothing for my patches."

For Atopic Dermatitis "I have rashes on my ankles, calves, arms and I also have itching places without a rash on the palms of my hands and my thighs. My doctor prescribed Fluocinonide USP, 0.05% a month ago. But it still has not gotten rid of the rashes or itching. I'll be able to see a dermatologist in about a week, and hope to get some answers then. I am taking a heart medication (Multaq) which warns against being in the sun. Now I'm wondering if it caused me to have a sun-allergy rash."

For Dermatitis "For the last 2 years I have suffered with extreme itching in my crotch area. Embarrassed, I put off going to see a dermatologist for a year and a half. I'm a 59 year old male with some weight on me. Finally I could not take it anymore. I went to a dermatologist in October 2019. I was told it was a yeast infection. Medications given to me did not work. I went back in January 2020 and was given a different treatment. Again it did not work. I went back in June and was given this medication. The first application I put on before bed. The next day, my symptoms were gone. No itching and burning. I had eczema when I was younger that would come and go. I guess dermatitis is similiar. Finally relief after 2 years of suffering. This stuff is great"

For Eczema "I’ve been using this since 2011 and have had a lot of luck with it. If I use it at the onset of symptoms, it is incredibly efficient and controlling my itchy patches. It doesn’t take much product to treat either. I have found that it’s too strong for me to use daily because my eczema isn’t that severe, so I typically put it on, it’s gone in the next day or two and I don’t have an issue in that same spot for a while. Overall, I’ve been very happy with it! The 120g size was $600 so ask your dermatologist for a coupon! Mine had one that covered the cost completely."

Lidex (fluocinonide) "I was diagnosed with Pemphigus years ago. I was given all sorts of medication and this was the only one that got me a relief. After 1-2 applications, my sores disappeared. I used the ones given as samples to the specialist who treated me for the problem. I used Synalar on my face and received intradermal shots in my head to take care of the numerous sores on my scalp."

For Eczema "At 87 years of age, I developed ankle ulcers. Previously had DVT just under knee following knee replacement surgery, and at a later date developed severe cellulitis. Also experienced lower limb edema from poor blood circulation in lower limbs. Using fluocinonide for the past three weeks the condition seems to become worse, with lots of burning pain at the application site, inflamed and swollen skin, the ulcers spreading around my ankle. Will see a dermatologist soon for alternative treatment."

For Psoriasis "I have plaque patches all over my body and also genital psoriasis. This can go on head and body patches but must be mixed with a diaper cream other wise causes more pain and skin damage in the genital area."

For Lichen Planus "My zopiclone remained in remission for good 7 years. It flared up just recently. I have been using fluocinonide for 2 months now, but I don't see any improvement either in itching or the rash. I have been getting more bumps and rashes each day. I was given a triamcinolone acetonide injection too, which helped with the itching but only for a couple of days."

For Atopic Dermatitis "I've used this medication on and off for eczema like flare ups for years. I have eczema but also a long list of allergies which cause skin rashes. It can be hard to tell the difference between an allergy rash (IDK what all my allergies are, constantly find new ones) or eczema, and sometimes I get both. This medication is the only thing that has ever helped and it works fast. I have found I have to be very careful not to over use it in the winter (aka don't use a few times a week for more than 2 weeks at a time) or else I get an insanely itchy/panful rash around my mouth jaw and neck that doesn't go away for about two months at a time. Long story short, this medication is excellent for brief/rare/short term use. Try not to make the mistake I made and use it as a "savior" lotion every time your eczema flares up if you get flare ups frequently."

For Eczema "I have been using this cream for 30 years. It is a miracle cream. At the slightest onset of an eczema breakout, I put this on and it is healed in a day or two. Just amazing."

For Psoriasis "Used in a liquid form for my scalp, I think ultimately it did help clear some of my psoriasis but was not worth the amount of itchiness it would cause directly after putting the product on."

For Psoriasis "I have used this medicine for more than 2 years on my palm. For a long time I thought it helped but the psoriasis it never went away. I just as good results with pure aloe or even chapstick."
