For Lichen Planus "I was diagnosed with lichen planus about 2 years ago. I started having my teeth cleaned every 3 months switching from dentist to periodontist. I have been treated with clobetesol and tacrolimus. I have had significant improvement. I had my first visit with the specialist who said my mouth was a mess. At three months he was surprised at how well my mouth looked. I however didn't understand that I needed to use this for the rest of my life! I went back for a followup visit after not having used clobetesol for about 3 months and he said there is one spot in my mouth which is again, a mess. He said this is a pre-cancerous condition and there is no cure"

For Lichen Planopilaris "I’m in my upper 50s and was diagnosed with Lichen Planopilaris about 10 years ago. I go through stages of losing my hair. When I start seeing redness and white flakes around my hair follicles, I use Clobetasol and it helps with hair loss, redness, and white flakes. I highly recommend this. I also get Kenalog injections in my scalp every 2-6 months when it gets really bad, but Clobetasol definitely helps."
